girls at the front desk were nice

owner could not handle me telling him on March 3 that he advertises breakfast & airport shuttle on booking ,com , and storing bags in one revieuw on booking.com plus on google search...and then when you get here in panama none of that is there. he also could not handle that I told him his last change on google the day i arrived that there is no breakfast because of construction work...there is zero constructionwork going on! he got mad by him asking to fix the breakfast situation and fix the bag storage after he hung up on me when i called for the shuttle from the airport ..so he told me I was not welcome back march 7 and 31 & he canceleed my stays through booking.com. according to my booking.com app the non refndable reservations were there and I constrnatly had to check my bank account plus remind him to cnacel for free as he cancelled not me. obviously he didnt want my reports of what is going on written up two or 3 times and so he cancelled me. booking.com did nothing about all of this despite me trying to contact them too... yeah for both of them

Es sucio, la habitación no tiene asegurada las ventanas, habían 3 cucarachas en el baño, las almohadas son viejas, igual que las sábanas, el aire no tiene potencia por lo que no enfría

El personal es muy amable

Es muy sucio, había cucarachas, los tendidos estaban rotos y los colchones no estaban en buen estado. Me pareció muy costoso para las instalaciones como están de deterioradas. Al dueño le pido que por favor ponga más cuidado con lo de las cucarachas y las trabajadoras muy amables

A lot of hype for so little substance. It feels more like a motel. The bathroom was very dismal. The room served merely as a shelter for a few hours. I would have preferred a sleeping pod, but unfortunately, the airport does not offer that service.
