LEOS Hotel

The staff genuinely try to be helpful and were always polite. Laundry service was efficient. Bed was comfortable. It's cheap (for a good reason).

The stench that permeates the rooms, a mix of durian and rotten meat from the market across from the hotel. On a hot day it's grim, no AC and no fan, although Tomohon is high up it still gets hot, so opening a window becomes necessary but then the smell really hits you. Bathroom was tired and also had a strong sulphur smell from the drains. Contrary to the listing, there's no cable TV in the rooms, TVs are defunct. Cafe on the rooftop has long shut down, a few dirty tables & chairs remain, bird droppings everywhere.

Great volcano views from rooftop cafe and helpful, friendly staff. They upgraded our room free and without us asking: Bathroom worn but ok, nice bed, small window allowed breeze (AC not necessary). They also organized good onward transportation. Close to market for good lunch meals.

Room old but clean. Ok for 1 or 2 nights maximum on Tomohon. Great advice from the staff on visiting the surrounding areas.

The wifi didn't work. The shower was blocked so all the bathroom is flooded.

Major is a great host! He took us to the market for breakfast (very yummy and super cheap), gave us many restaurant, Cafe and sightseeing tips and was always super helpful! The room itself was simple and clean. All in all the room was fine for two nights, comfy bed, no noises, no bad smell in the room nor the hotel. Nice to know: the market is right next to the hotel, the extrem part is a little hidden though, so don't worry if you don't want to see it, you can just not go there.

The bathroom floor was dirty and sometimes there was a bad smell out of the sewage. The WiFi didn't really work in the room (2nd floor).

The staff was very nice, and this is the main reason they get a 8:0. All people there had been friendly and helpful, and they could organize almost everything.

The room smelled like cleaning products, and the bathroom was permanently flooded.

One of the people working for the hotel (the owner?) helped a lot with tips on things to do in the area, ferry to the Togean islands and transportation. The staff in general was friendly. Rooms are big, i got a free upgrade.

The hotel needs a renovation, especially the bathrooms.

Good location and friendly staff

The staff were super friendly and helpful, with information about how to get to the different local places of interest, also offered to help arrange transport to Gorontalo so you don't need to go back to Manado The room was comfy and great views from the roof top. Great location for the market and bus terminal to get to places such as lake Linow and mount mahawu.

Could do with a little TLC and a bit of a deep clean around the edges, especially in the bathrooms. The rooftop could be a beautiful place to hang but seems to have been forgotten about. Not really a negative, but most restaurants seemed to be at the northern of town, more than walking distance.
