المكان راااائع جداً ومثالي للإقامة ليلتين فقط بعيد عن المدينه وفي الطبيعه بين الجبال المنظر كان خيالي بين الثلوج والطبيعه الخضراء على الجبال الموظفه عائشه رائعه بابتسامتها واستقبالها ومتعاونه جدا وتعطيك اقتراحات واماكن سياحيه خطيره الكوخ مثالي ونظيف جدا وواسع الفطور كان جميل ومتنوع موجود سوبرماركت صغير ممكن يخدم احتياجاتك

الموقع بعيييد جدا عن طرابزون ساعه ونصف تقريباً ومافيه قريب منه اي اماكن سياحيه الموظفه الموجوده بالمطعم اثرت على تقييم الموقع ( Elif ) خدمتها جداً سيئة وتعاملها غير جيد كانت عكس جميع الموظفين مبتسمين ومتعاونين

The place is amazing and remote from the loud city noise.

there is no variety in the dinner menu, breakfast is repeated, and no spa which they will open in October.

A special thanks to the manger of the hotel and his team for their cooperation and the fast responed

The way of the hotel is so risky in winter but the manager has came to me and guide me safely to the hotel and also to the way out of the hotel

Location is stunning, facilities excellent, and the air is as clean as it could be on top of a mountain retreat. Chalet style stay is amazing.

Very secluded and bit too isolated for my tastes. Particularly during the off season. Facility staff refer all questions / booking to reception who in turn don’t always seem to be in complete communication with their team resulting in peculiar outcomes. Team could be empowered to make decisions and take bookings directly, letting reception know of the outcomes resulting in fewer errors and less referral.
