Fabulous views over the Downs and the sea

Lovely view, very friendly efficient staff especially Andy who was exceptional despite suffering from the after effects of a nasty fall. The bedroom and bar area were very clean.

The muffins and flapjacks are ok but very high in sugar as are most of the bottled drinks on offer for breakfast……perhaps it would be good to provide the option of a continental breakfast. Bit surprised to note that the Ladies toilet downstairs was no where near the standard of the rest of the property, the floor was really grubby although the weather hadn’t been wet.

Spacious room, nicely decorated, spotless. A view of the Downs and sea, and of the car park. Plenty of sweet treats in lieu of breakfast.

Would have liked the option to have some fruit for breakfast.

Great location, wonderful view, good size room. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Cooked breakfast would have been nice; but muffins, flapjack and juices were provided. Shower pressure could have been better, but it worked fine.

Excellent location and staff . Very good Sunday carvery.

Bar could have stayed open longer
