Perfect location

Would have been nice to have small fridge in room, but an ice bucket did the job !!

Had character and great location

Noise in the evening

Convenient location for a show at the babbacombe theatre

Parking facilities cars parked to close together

Friendly staff, very clean room with plenty of wardrobe space and drawers. Beautiful sea view.

No cooked breakfast, but there were plenty of other places close by.

Breakfast was a flapjack, a muffin and a drink, so we ate breakfast out, but this was explained to us on arrival.

Great views and location very central to other bars and restaurants

Bar opening times should be extended past 10pm.

Lovely and clean and lovely staff

The daily roast meals were excellent and good value for money. The bedroom was very spacious with amazing views. The Staff were very helpful and thought the fruit juice, flapjack and muffins left in room for breakfast a lovely idea and much qppreciated will certainly come back.
