Apartment Gerlitzen

Great apartment with fantastic view. You can make wonderful hikes right from the house. Overall, everything was very clean and comfortably furnished. Excellent preparation and contact with the host.

Perfect views, very nice and clean apartment.

Well maintained and spacious apartment, really well equipped kitchen w small fridge, dripping coffee maker, bring your filters and coffee. Excellent location, close to the slopes and to hiking trails for evening walk. Superbly clean and comfy. Little vending store at the premises. Covered parking is a big plus.

No hair dryer, bring your own. It’s an apartment in an apartment building, we had drunk neighbors screaming on the balcony one night until 3 am and another annoying family talking from the balcony to the kitchen until very late, hence, peace and privacy depend on who is staying there at the moment.

A short walk (100-200m) and you can already put skis on and go to the middle station. The property itself has everything you need!

There is no locker for the ski equipment, so we kept the skis in the car, but it wasn't a problem since the garage is in the way to the slopes. Also, make sure you have enough food bought before going up to avoid driving down to the supermarket.

We had great time in Gerlitzen, apartment was very clean and tidy, and it was very close to ski track. It has balcony with beautiful view and we will definitely come back next time. Also there were some beers left for a cheap price which saved as from driving up and down the mountain :) just for the food if you like to cook bring enough with you, as there is no shop around.

The appartment is located in a 4-floor building block with a lot of other appartments. There was a very beatiful view on a valley and mountains. The appartment consists of a kitchen corner, living room, bedroom and bathroom. It is large enough for a family of four people. The kitchen is well equipped (no dishwasher, no microwave oven). It was quite hot inside so we asked an owner how to reduce heating. A tap for controlling heating was hidden and not accessible easily but it worked.

There was a room for storing skis but a key was not available in the appartment. A parking lot is in a garage but only cars up to 2,1m height are allowed to enter. Since we have a higher car, we had to park outside on a public parking 100m far from the appartment.

The apartment is very cosy and well equipped. The small kitchen has everything you can imagine, even salt, baking paper, oven, microwave, dishwasher, tea, coffee. The view is fantastic day and night. We had a dedicated parking on request, heated ski locker room was in front of the flat. The closest forest ski slope ending at the bottom of Gerlitzen Moserbahn is a few minutes walk from the house. Our host, Monika was very helpful. It was a great stay, thank you!

Everything was fine, we had a wonderful time at Kozma Apartment. Hint: if you are not too tired at the end of your journey, it's worth to do the food shopping before you go up the hill.

Great location, proper winter fairytale. Connected with ski-way with slopes. Nice views from appartment, overall nice ski resort. Adittional bonus is parking garage. Owner responded to all of our questions.

We were missing a free designated room for skis and boots. There are available payable lockers for ski equipment, or you can take your skis to the app.
