Sunny Garden Hotel

Sunny Garden was a perfect place for us. We are a family from Denmark. We travelled 6 adults with our 2 children and 2 in laws. We chose the place because of good reviews on tripadvisor. My wife and I stayed in a Deluxe 3 persons room, which was newly renovated and very nice with a big bathroom. The aircon was very quiet and good. There were also a nice veranda with to chairs and a small sofa. The location was a bit away from the pool, placed towards a small green lawn. The area with our Deluxe room was very quiet. In the bedroom there was 3 beds, and we did only use two of them. The ony problem is cicadas sing all night outside the room. I was disturbed by the noise, but my wife did sleep without problems. Our two children stayed both with their friends in a Standard room for 2 persons. Both was located on the ground floor with a balcony to the pool area. The rooms was a bit old, but still nice. The refrigerator in the standard rooms was old, but able to cool down water and so on. The aircon was a bit old. Yanis, the manager is, and this I really mean, a very varm at helpful person. He speaks good English, so it easy to get all kind of information from Yanis. The breakfast served is good, and with more kinds of fruit and juice. We did not eat on the restaurant in the evening, so I can not say anything about that. Sunny Garden is used as a location by Aahus Charter, and we did not know this. This means, that there are quite a few people from Denmark. We loved the place, the location and the pool area. Be aware that for each room you are charged 6 euro pr night pr room for aircon tax. However, Yanis gives you a pass for free sunbeds and Umbrella for the nearby located beach. There you can enjoy the shade on beautiful sun loungers without payment. The location is fine, a 10-12 minutes walk away from the turist area with all the shops and restaurants. It is easy to walk to the very nice beach. All in all Sunny Garden was very nice for our family.

La colazione ha poca scelta dolce, la macchinetta del caffè va cambiata fa caffè e cappuccino tremendi. La pulizia giornaliera non viene effettuata a dovere ma molto superficiale ( per farvi capire la doccia insabbiata rimaneva così, il lavandino sporco, formiche che entravano in stanza da sotto la porta, bagnoschiuma messo solo il primo giorno e poi mai più avuti). Sono tante piccole mancanze che per il prezzo pagato uno ci si aspetta. Non è carino far pagare l’aria condizionata a parte cioè 6€ al giorno, ovunque è inclusa.

La posizione, vicino alle spiagge, al piccolo paesello e da qui si raggiungono le migliori spiagge di Zante

Posso dire tutto? La camera che ci hanno assegnato era grande ma mancava di tutti i confort: bagno fatiscente e vecchio, bollitore senza tazze e bustine di té e/o caffé (che lo mettete a fare un bollitore?). Aria condizionata a pagamento! 6euro a notte. Il personale delle colazioni oltre a fare baccano già dalle prime ore del giorno era pure scontroso. Quello diurno e serale, gran parte ragazze giovanissime, decisamente più gentili. Qualità della colazione scarsa a buffet ma a parte l'anguria mancava la frutta fresca.

Το οικογενειακό δωμάτιο χρειάζεται μια ανακαίνιση.

Este localizat excelent, aproape de plajă , restaurante și magazine. Personalul este super amabil și prietenos. Curățenia a fost ok, așternuturi și prosoape bune și curate. zona de piscină și bar este plăcută.

Camerele standard sunt învechite, multe lucruri nefuncționale precum ușa de la baie care nu se închidea. Frigiderul într-una din camerele rezervate nu răcea. Mobilierul învechit, băile sub orice critică cu cadite de duș foarte mici și bateriile pline de calcar și rugină. Când făceai duș apa curgea pe sub cădiță până la ușă de la baie.

No me gustó nada el desayuno. Bastante malo y al sol ,la fruta escasa y pocha . El café malisimo.
