Geschmackvoll renoviertes Gasthaus mit wunderbaren Zimmer. Bekamen sogar nach Restaurant öffnungszeiten etwas zu Essen und zwei Glas Wein.

Very clean, nice modern room, quiet environment

booked a room with A/C. Arriving at the Hotel there was no staff. You check in by phone call to a center who tells you to pick up the key in the mailbox. Getting to the room, the temp was 32°C (90°F). Tried to switch on the A/C which was inoperative (and I tried hard to get it to work!). Nobody at the Hotel to contact as the restaurant is closed Monday. We opened the windows as it was cooler outside that inside. The lack of breeze did not help lower the temp. In the morning room temp was still 28.5°C (83°F). This is not acceptable especially that no fans were provided.

Gut zu erreichen, sauberes und ruhiges Zimmer.

Check-In erst ab 17:00, Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Mehrmalige Bitte um Reparatur, Informationsfluss schwierig. Konnte während des Aufenthaltes nicht behoben werden, Zimmertemperatur 28,5°C plus. Lüften aufgrund Küchengerüche und Moskitos nicht möglich, alternatives Zimmer, Ventilator oder ähnliches wurde nicht angeboten. Schade, mit etwas mehr "Kundenorientierung" wäre diese Unterkunft wirklich empfehlenswert.

I could not even get into the hotel!

I arrived at the hotel. It was closed. I rang them and they would still not let me in. I had to find alternative accomodation at a great cost. The hotel said they did not have my booking but I had already paid in advance some days earlier. This is disgraceful. They have taken my money without supplying a room, I am a faithful Booking.com customer.

I've arrived late and the reception was closed. Had to look for a different hotel late at night.

Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind wirklich toll. Richtig hochwertig ausgebaut und ausgestattet. Eins der schönsten Zimmer überhaupt. Die Lage an der Strasse ist ok, in wenigen Minuten ist man am Bahnhof und kann mit der S-Bahn nach Nyon fahren.

Es muss einem bewusst sein, dass der Check-In erst ab 17 Uhr möglich ist. Der Empfang war dann auch nicht so freundlich und die Frage nach einem Platz für unsere eBikes wurde mit einem Schulterzucken beantwortet, dafür ist das Hotel dann nicht so ausgelegt, was wir etwas schade fanden (es liegt direkt am N7 Veloweg). Das Frühstück war mit einem tollen Brot, aber sonst eher etwas karg, Marmelade und Butter, keine Eier oder Käse, hier war die Dame sehr freundlich.
