Le Rêve Boutique Hôtel

Breakfast was standard, nothing over the top but was good, all round the food is great. It was nice to wake up to the sound of birds chirping, waking up in nature is so refreshing. The morning of our check out the host Cyprus took us to the "LOVE" tree where we could hang up our locks. This was amazing. It will truly be a beautiful venue as well for weddings once the renovations are done. The staff are amazing as well, very friendly. Our stay was amazing, value for money.

There weren't bins in the room which we did bring to the attention of the host other than that the place is lovely.

We did not experience the breakfast as we left the venue before that

The room was full of pests. The mattress is worn out.the toilet seat was broken. We were promised a refund and still waiting

The location is an unkept farm And the hotel is under renovation with a yard looking like a unkept farmyard with ladders etc

The rooms smell and had mould in bathrooms I checked bedding and the pillows were not on standard They allow us to cancel and Kaizer and the host understood but then the hotel did not react to booking.com that insist on a letter from them

It felt incomplete like a bit more renovations are on the way

Our room was perfectly big and very clean, staff is friendly and very good ,beds and hotel rooms in perfect condition. Oh the food is delicious

They really need to do something about making parking (shelters) Shortage of hotel waiters(it took a bit longer when you have ordered something or asking for things like iron

That it was pet friendly. Aircon worked. Beds were reasonably comfortable. Staff was friendly.

The toilet door had no latch or lock, needed to close it with a book. Place felt dilapidated. Food was below par. Our stay included breakfast, but you were required to order from a different menu and the options were very very limited. Staff requested tips in cash, because apparently the owners do not pay tips over to staff if included in card payments.
