Usual problem in Brazil hospitality. Absentee owner and staff are very unmotivated to do much. No nearby restaurant in Evenings.

Beautiful hotel, gardens, pool, super friendly staff and very clean, very nice rooms

Beach is not great, gotta have a car to explore

I liked the size of the room and the cleanliness. The staff were also friendly and helpful. Games room was ok.

Parking is outside without designated spaces. The pool and its area are not big enough as it looks like in the picture. Breakfast is very poor. It gets embarrassing. The whole hotel is very old and needs renovation. They keep hanging in the wall a very old “best hotel” prize from a magazine that doesn’t even exist anymore. The ping pong racket was falling apart and instead buying a new one they opted for fixing it up with tape. Location is not good. Dirt road in poor condition and Lazaro beach is too crowded, in bad condition. Not for a family with kids.
