El personal bastante borde con poco nivel de inglés y el desayuno, todo comida india. Café pésimo

El hotel se encuentra en una zona en la que te puedes mover andando o en taxi al resto de la ciudad. Las habitaciones son pequeñas, con ventanas que no se pueden abrir y translúcidad pero opacas. El baño es pequeño de tal manera que cuando te duchas, mojas todo el baño. Tiene una terraza muy agradable desde la que se ve toda la ciudad, incluido el palacio.

No nos pusieron toallas y tuvimos que llamar en 4 ocasiones para que nos las dieran (aún ofreciéndonos a bajar a por ellas). El desayuno es muy básico si no te gusta el desayuno típico de India.

Non era presente un servizio lavanderia e la colazione in po’ scarsa.

I like the room. We have 4 people in the family, including 2 kids. We do not prefer to book separate rooms, and in most places it is required since the rooms are not big enough to include the whole family. However, here the room was big and spacious with an extra bed. So that was a real plus point for our stay here. The room was also comparatively clean and the staff was helpful enough.

This is not something related to the hotel, but a word of advice that avoid visiting during the rush season. The hotel is located on the main road to one of Udaipur's major attractions and is often congested. If you are travelling in your own car, then you will most definitely be stuck in traffic for a long time. On top of it, if you are visiting during rainy season then that will surely create issues with your plans.

They didn't provided iron when we asked for. Food was average. Outside foods were not allowed.

Das Zimmer war außergewöhnlich groß, sauber und hatte ein sehr schönes Bad. Das Bett ist ebenfalls sehr positiv zu bewerteten. Es war absolut komfortabel. Sehr zu empfehlen. Beim Frühstück hatte man eine gute Aussicht.

Das Frühstück ist nur befriedigend bis gut. Lage und Aussicht sind aber prima.

Location is near to City Palace which is a plus point....food is good....rooms & facilities great

I had a confirmed booking through booking.com....Some hotel staff via telecon asking me to pay 50% of the booking amount when I was on my way to the hotel and was in train

The property tried scamming with dinner saying they only have buffet option. There was no housekeeping to clean up glasses and trash kept out. Breakfast buffet was average. They are also not allowing guests to order food online on Swiggy and zomato
