Staff unfriendly and not helpful

Even though the rooms are comfy and good the facilities definitely felt not value for money

the restaurant service apart from the breakfast

Udaipur didn’t disappoint at all. Full of art, culture and colours, loved it all.

The surrounding outside river was really dirty, can do with some local and business involvement with cleaning and upkeep.

Location is next to a drain. Check in took 30 minutes because the payment portal was not working coupled with lack of knowledge of manager. We had booked suite but were given a regular large room. The cost was too high and I could have got a superior property for that cost. Got blown by pics in websites!! 😕 Breakfast was pathetic unhygienic. No buffet. No service. First challenge was to locate the rooftop restaurant. All civil works going on and they are operating a restaurant in the middle of that. Guy came and asked us what we wanted to eat. Was too flustered to bring more than one dish. No fruits or fruit juice. No eggs. Stale bread. No coffee. Soggy poha and sad situation with food. What I found that most hotels give a look of haveli or palace but very few are original. This is definitely not worth it and is a thorough let down.

Breakfast was excellent Manish Joshi was very attentive. Also I would like to mention that reception staff Mansi From she was exceptional and very helpful thank you

Initially I would have rated all categories as excellent, however there were major construction during our 4 night stay. Therefore public areas were not available eg outdoor space and everything you touched was very very dusty.
