Rooms are big and food is good

Location is bit isolated, lake view is from top floor, swimming pool is not cleaned and biggest issue is availability of hot tap water. Daily we need to request them to get hot water.

Good food. Receptionist was sweet and helpful. Ok price given the dates of travel.

The family room is too small to fit 4 people and there is only one bathroom. The walls are too thin and there is too much noise from the kitchen at 5 in the morning. The towels were ok

Late Check In for One Room... Almost 3 hrs Late

1. We were made to wait because rooms were getting ‘cleaned’ only to find out that that the room was dirtier than an average used room and we had to call the cleaners multiple times before they came and did a shitty job. 2. The duvet was wet, when I got into the bed. Again after multiple calls 3 people came to change 1 duvet and changed the cover. 3. The food taste was abysmal. Ordered Maggi and noodles only to eat liquid noodles 4. The room was not cleaned even once in our two days stay. 5. There was too much plumbing noise from adjacent rooms. Both late in the night and early in the morning. 6. Called reception to get the room cleaned only to hear the cleaning only happens between 2-5pm but then also no one came. 7. The other guests were too noisy, specially with kids running around and barging into our rooms. No decorum at all. Avoid at all costs.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner and I really loved the Tomato soup ,honestly that is the best soup I have ever had. Breakfast was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable.We were very pleased with our stay. Thank you guys
