Lovely hotel - elegant and airy with amazing chandeliers and rooftop restaurant. Lovely room with balcony and great view of lake.

Because the hotel is in the old town with narrow lanes, taxis expect you to transfer to the hotel branded tuk tuk for the last mile. BUT THE HOTEL DOESN’T TELL YOU THIS. The hotel telephone number on Booking.com is WRONG. PLEASE GET THESE PROBLEMS SORTED

Location on the lake with beautiful views from the room balcony.

Everything from the room furnishings to the restaurant, to the courtyard was tired, dilapidated and dirty.

"Wonderful experienence"

The location and the service are very good. Breakfast by the pool is a beautiful experience. The ambiance of the rooms are very good. Staff is very helpful. Live music during breakfast and dinner is a bonus.

More breakfast options would be good.
