ININExtremely bad service. Hotel staff was not attending any issues or queries. The mattress was broken and bed sheets were dirty. Inspite of asking multiple time they didn’t even change the bed sheet.

I liked nothing, sofa cum bed was very bad I asked several times to change it but they didn’t change it neither the washroom was clean and they didn’t provide toilet paper for two days after saying so many times. Don’t book this hotel book the hotels nearby market and city palace worst experience
