Hotel Gokul Palace

Totally fraud..I booked 3 room in this hotel online and my booking was confirmed.when i reached there the staff member told us that our booking is not confirmed and they do not have vacant room, and if pay 2.5times the booking amount than they can offer the room... totally disappointed.. please beware such type of fraud

I recently stayed at Gokul Palace, and overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable experience. The property is well-maintained, and the ambience is warm and welcoming. I especially appreciated the courteous and helpful staff — they were always ready to assist and made me feel genuinely cared for. The room was clean, spacious, and nicely furnished, offering a good blend of comfort and functionality.

wifi issues, for 2 days continuously no access to wifi.. and when ask for help, nobody was helpful and just giving lame excuses and accepted that, customer ko aise bolna padta hai, k thik hojayega, but no solution provided...
