"THE HOTEL DOESNT EXIST"

THIS HOTEL DOESNT EXIST. we booked and paid in advance and when we reached the location, the land was empty there was no building. the locals nearby had no idea about the hotel when asked. IT JUST DIDNT EXIST. After numerous calls to oyo, after waiting 2 hours on the road at 1am having no where to go, they set us up to another oyo. Terrible customer service had a very frustrating time talking and making them understand.
