The room was neat and clean and spacious. The staff was polite and helpful. Hot water was available 24 hours. Any request was immediately fulfilled by the staff, eg, I asked for an icecream at 10 pm and it was there in my room in about 5 mins. The receptionist also helped me with bus details to some far away attractions.

The location of the hotel is a good 1.5-2 km from the city centre and the area is slightly shady I would say. Also, I was given a room on the 2nd floor, where there was no hotel wifi network at all.
