The first room they gave me had an unidentifiable smell and there was no way to air it out-- tiny window with no ventilation. So they took me to a different room when I complained. Before I could even try that one out, the guy showing me the room was unable to get the lights and electricity to work. The third room had working lights, so I stayed there. There was no hot water although I was told there would be, they put mothballs in the sink and drain to cover up any sewage smell with the smell of mothballs, and I cut my leg on the sharp edge of the bed frame when I walked past it. With all that, I don't recommend it, and I wonder why the rating on booking.com was so good.

Everything was good, staff was very helpful. Krishna was very helpful and he recommended a good driver to us for a day trip. The place was clean and we'll maintained as well.

There was no balcony in the room & cafeteria in the hotel.

The room was too congested for 3 occupancy. There was no space to walk around the place. There was no ventilation hence the bathroom door had to be kept open throughout since it had an exhaust fan.

Good clean room and beautiful ambience. Staff is very polite and active on every requests. Will recommend it for a budget stay near bus stand or railway. Also ideal location for exploring the city. It is on a peaceful street behind main road.
