Very good value for money and the staff are very friendly.

The check in process takes a very long time. The location is okay but need a bike or use grab/Gojek for transport.

View from the balcony was good, quiet location easy to drive a scooter to restaurants and beaches. The room was very large.

The water in the bathroom was on and off, meaning we couldn’t always have a shower or flush the toilet. The staff did nothing when asked about it. They did not speak English very well, which made it hard to communicate. The breakfast was average, we decided to eat out most of the time.

La villa es espaciosa, con una piscina privada muy agradable y unas vistas espectaculares que realmente invitan a relajarse. Es un lugar perfecto para desconectar y disfrutar de la tranquilidad.

Lo que no me gustó fue el tema de la limpieza y los servicios: el papel de baño es limitado, no suelen cambiar sábanas ni toallas a menos que lo pidas, y el desayuno me pareció algo escaso. Con pequeñas mejoras en estos aspectos, la experiencia sería perfecta.

Etat de propreté déplorable. Douche immonde, serviette salle, vitre opaque de gras, pas d'eau chaude sinon sous la douche.... Dommage, surement un bel hôtel dans le passé, mais géré par des gens indignes aujourd'hui. Le personnel est très aimable, mais semble dépassé. La direction n'est joignable que par téléphone. Discussion impossible, pas de personne parlant Français, anglais ou espagnol....

The worst experience in a hotel ever! We booked without checking the reviews unfortunately, so when we later read about the cleanliness we got worried and asked the manager for extra care with it, to which he replied that "it is their top priority". When we arrived at the bedroom we were really really disappointed! 1st, the curtains were filthy and full of stains, there was a cigarette butt in thhe ashtray on the balcony and we are non smokers, the bathroom was disgusting, there was mould on the toilet paper holder, it was full of dust on top of the toilet and washing liquid dispenser, the shower's door also looked as if it had never been cleaned before.The sink was clogged and it smelt like sewage and the tap wobbled.There were a couple of hairs on the pillows and towels that didn't belong to us, the pillowcases had black stains on them, there were no bedside lamps so even at night we were forced to use the ceiling light which was blinding. However, the worst thing was the incredibly strong smell of paint coming from the walls. It made it almost impossible to breathe. We contacted the manager through booking.com trying to cancel at least the second night and get a partial refund, which was denied and only at midnight of our last night there, they have decided to send us a message offering to set up an air purifier... which, wouldn't have made a difference at that point. A total tourist trap, just stay as far away as you can from it!!!
