El area de la piscina muy bonita. El personal muy atento. El hotel esta “bien” ubicado lo unico es que queda en una calle muy escondida y oscura por la noche.

Las sabanas de la cama estaban sucias, tuvimos que notificar al otro dia para que las cambiaran. La habitacion es pequeña. La sensacion de falta de limpieza en la habitacion se notaba.

Magnifique villa avec superbe piscine commune, endroit paisible, calme un super accueil et une équipe toujours présente, massages dans la villa très agréables nous avons passé 2 nuits supers, la salle de bain est magnifique et la villa est bien placée pour visiter le coin si besoin avec moto taxi. Super rapport qualité prix.

The pool are was nice.

While the pool area was the only redeeming part of our stay — clean and relaxing — the rest of the experience was incredibly disappointing and absolutely not worth the £380 we paid for 5 nights. The room was advertised as a Deluxe Queen Room, but it was actually a small, dark space with only a standard double bed. There was no proper wardrobe or storage — just a small rail with four hangers — so we had to live out of our suitcases throughout the stay. Cleanliness was a major issue. The bathroom drain was clogged with hair, the tiles were cracked and grimy, and the stone sink was stained with rust. Mould was visible on the walls and skirting boards, the door frame was damaged and rotting, and ants were frequently crawling around the room. We also weren’t given clean towels every day, which is a basic expectation. What truly ruined our stay, however, was a serious breach of privacy. The bathroom has a small mesh window (see photo), and one morning a gardener climbed up a ladder and peered through it — while my partner was nude and using the bathroom. She felt exposed and deeply uncomfortable. When we raised this with staff, they laughed at us and did nothing. No apology, no action, not even the slightest concern for how inappropriate and distressing the situation was. This complete lack of professionalism and respect for guest privacy is appalling. Between the poor room conditions, misleading description, and unacceptable response from staff, this stay was absolutely not worth the money. Until major improvements are made — particularly regarding cleanliness, privacy, and staff training — I would strongly advise against booking here
