I love the comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, cosy and chill environment. The bed was so comfortable, it blew my mind. There were muesli, yoghurt, juices prepared. Koen and Wilmar made me feel really at home here. I will definitely return here if I’m returning to the NL. ☺️

I really can’t think of anything that I didn’t like

Very good location next to a lot of restaurants, a cinema and the canal.

We really enjoyed our stay, this is a wonderful apartment in an excellent location in the center of Utrecht. Unique stay as it's located on the historic canals. The host was very helpful. We had a great time.

We felt so spoilt. The attention to detail was great. Hope that one day we can return in the summer.

Gorgeous place in fab location, lovely touches like complimentary slippers and good quality wine. Hosts were very helpful and it made such a big difference to our last day that we could have a late check out.

Heating pump was a little noisy at night.

The property was perfect! Lovely amenities, eco conscious, great info about the area, and fabulous touches to make your stay so comfortable and enjoyable! Kitchen has everything you need plus nice quality The owners or managers are incredibly kind and helpful too! It was such a nice place to stay!

It was the most unique stay I have ever been on the room was extremely cosy and nothing like I’d ever experienced before. We got extremely lucky and had beautiful weather so was able to enjoy many coffees outside watching the boats pass by, the room is also in an very quiet and private area which we loved ! The hosts were so lovely and accommodating letting us leave our luggage with them early and also had the fridge full of water juice beer and wine which was a lovely touch ! We will 100% be back in the near future.

This place is stunning. It’s beautiful, special, comfortable, in a super nice area of Utrecht. Everything was perfect. We come to Utrecht a lot and this is the best place we ever stayed at. We will definitely come back and would recommend it a lot!

This is a unique room from 1300s immaculately converted - it was perfect. The hosts were very helpful and considerate and it was a delight to watch the boats pass by when I was in my room. The shower is fantastic, the bed is very comfortable and there is even a Nespresso machine. Lots of cafes nearby and I enjoyed Piero's - and a superb secret restaurant just on the other side of the canal -De Heeren van Leeuw. Don't miss it.
