Staff which helped us and was nice

The day when we stayed it was very cold in the room. Firat several hours the water was ice cold but later on it warmed up. We couldn't fall asleep as it was colder in the room than outside and we had to ask for an additional blanket. Breakfast is very average. Hair dryer in the room didn't work. The only advantage is night staff which helped us and didnt deny the problem that the hotel was cold

The location is in front the lake which is great good food very lovely and helpfully staff specially Ahmet

The heating was central and very high which forced us to open the window to circle the air..

Perfect location and amazing view from the room The staff are amazing Mr Ahmet is responsive, very polite and hospitable. He offered us a ride to the bus station. The room is spacious and clean The furniture is new Good breakfast Hot shower
