Staff are super friendly and helpful loved the location as it's Infront of the lake

Perfect view, perfect location at the middle and friendly staff, highly recommended

Wifi is not working. There are no basic amenities like iron, vanity kit, hanger. There’s no heater so water in the bathroom is freezing cold. The hair dryer is broken and when we asked if they have another, they said that it will work again after 2-3 minutes, which never did. Housekeeping service was NOT provided during our entire stay. Breakfast is served at the lobby and while it’s freezing cold outside, they kept the door open, so the breakfast spread was cold. Even bread became stale. We booked for 4nights but we checked out after 2 nights. The staff didnt even bother to ask how’s our stay and just coldly told us that the stay is non refundable. The sfaff needs “basic” training in customer service.

ROOMS ARE CLEAN AND FURNITURE IS NEW, STAFF WERE HELPFUL AND LOCATION AND VIEWS ARE AMAZING. BOOK A ROOM WITH VIEW

ROOMS ARE VERY SMALL. YOU CAN HARDLY FIND A PLACE TO PUT BIG BAGS
