Really great location, super clean, lovely staff.

Laundry service was quite expensive compared to other places

The Room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The location to the beach, restaurants, entertainment and other facilities was great. The staff and owner were very obliging to our further requirements. I will go back to stay there again

As an insomniac , I am often awake at odd hours and a tea coffee /station would have suited me better - this is remediable and not a big issue. I did order tea coffee before bedtime and kept it warm in a flask. The warm water was not connected to the main shower - once again , it can be fixed or made possible

Staff was not friendly

Nice location - just 100m to beach (following the short cut). New property, well maintained and the rooms are very nice (as shown in the pictures). Ample parking, unlike other resorts in Varkala. Owner Shibu and his uncle are very helpful, gave proper directions for our return trip, provided nice suggestions of things to do in beach, good restaurants around, finally didn't mind to take a call late night when we lost our way. Definitely suggest this property for single night stay or long staycation.

None to pick as the room met the expectations, as advertised in booking.com.

Care takers are good. He tried to help us with the cab booking. But the cab driver was very rude, charged more money than decided and asked us to get down. So I would suggest to be careful with that. Otherwise the stay is clean and very close to Varkala beach.

Rooms charges were too much but even the tea/coffee kit was not there in the room and you have to order. For the amount you are paying, basic things should be available.
