"Scammed into paying more"

The staff ignored my reservation and created a new booking in a larger room at almost double the price. I would have walked out and found a different place to stay but I was traveling by motorcycle and outside it was pouring rain. I feel the hotel understood my situation and decided to take advantage of it.
