L'hotel è situato in una posizione molto favorevole, perché si trova a poca distanza da una delle porte storiche di Viterbo ma per raggiungerlo non è necessario inerpicarsi troppo tra le stradine del centro. Non è difficile trovare parcheggio nei dintorni. Il personale è stato sempre gentilissimo e molto disponibile! Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo, se dovessi tornare da quelle parti sceglierei di nuovo questo hotel.
