The hotel & restaurant are managed by the owner & his wife personally. They go the extra mile to ensure you have a good stay. - Excellent local food - Rich breakfast -Cosy fire place & bar area -Tastefully decorated rooms

Could be helpful if there is a long mirror in the room, especially for ladies.

Very nice and supportive staff, helping us with the bags and offering a glass of sekt at arrival. Very much appreciated. Great breakfast, served at the table. A nice choice and good quality. Hotel well located in the middle of the village.

It was an absolutely amazing stay! We loved how warm and welcoming our hosts, Tanya and Ralph were - they were so kind and did everything possible to make sure we were comfortable. Breakfast was sublime (and the portions were super generous!) and the hotel was located right in the middle of the center - it was thus extremely convenient to walk around and explore Volkach which was honestly like a fairytale village (especially during Christmas time).

breakfast was amazing hosts were very good. we received a warm welcome. the central location of the hotel was great. the room was very clean and comfortable. I normally have a problem with pillows but I had the best nights sleep for a long time. we only stayed 1 night but will definitely return and would recommend
