The Eagle Harbor Inn

Location was good. Can walk to downtown and restaurants.

No table in the room. No microwave available. Dripping sound in the walls when running water. Road noise.

No breakfast provided

The room was clean and comfortable and the decor was nice

For the love of all that is holy, improve your communication skills. we were arriving 3 hours before check in, so i called to ask if we could store our bags on check in. Guy says he will have our room ready, call when we are on the ferry. Guy texts the room is ready and the code but doesn't give us the room name or number. Get to the island and we still don't know what room we are in call the guy twice and no answer. He finally texts us name of room. Hike all our luggage to second floor and he finally texts back that he sent us the wrong room. Other issues-wifi was out or something because the TV would not connect. Apparently not a new problem because someone had written the same thing on the back of a paper left in the room. We cut our visit short because there was no place to store our luggage after check out. we would not stay here again

Wonderful location close to the Harbor and Doc's, an excellent restaurant and Streamliners, an excellent breakfast place. Hubs and I had one beautiful room; my brother had another. Only downside was time lost trying to figure out how to get anything on the televisions. Comfortable attractive rooms.

Small tvs with no explanation about remotes. Would be nice to have a simple handout about getting to regular TV stations.

Lack of a microwave and charging port on night stand. On site check in since no check in info sent to my phone until checkout day.
