"Great budget option for Zermatt"

Beautiful, great restaurant, great spa, lovely staff

My "basecamp" room was a nice bunk bed with blackout curtain - but that and there being only one window in the room of six bunks, and no way to control the temperature of the heating meant it was too warm and hard to get to sleep

Purpose built high quality accommodation. Great staff

The dormitory rules need to be spelled out to guests. People were taking phone calls in the middle of the night and not keeping phones on silent etc. The room was also far too warm.
