Excellent location .. and 10 min walk to station although transport is provided (at a cost) if needed. Great breakfast, lovely lounge area, friendly and helpful staff

The staff were super friendly and helpful and gave me all information I needed right at check-in. The room was really nice and spacious, very clean. I had a great view of Zermatt from my window, which was lovely. The bed was comfy and the breakfast selection was great. I didn't use the spa facilities, but heard from other guests that it was really nice. Great location to walk right onto the main street.

One of the skylight blinds was a bit broken so made it hard to use.

L'accueil, la facilité d'accès, la flexibilité du personnel ainsi que leur gentillesse tout au long du séjour. Le spa était agréable et la possibilité d'y aller de manière journalière est avantageuse, surtout après une randonnée ! Il y a également à disposition une salle de gym avec de nombreux équipements pratiques et modernes qui ne sont pas de refus. Le calme de l'hôtel et les choix du petit déjeuner sont parfaits.
