"Overall it was wonderful with 24hours cctv."

The breakfast is okay half bread with tea, but I think you should try to change your breakfast daily.

I wonder if it's normal not to clean the room when the customer was out? Or we need to ask the information desk to clean it?

"overall,my stay at the hotel for a few days was fine"

i didn't go to the canteen because i was waking up late,they just delivered it to my door

the only thing i didn't like was that they didn't have utensils used to mix tea,i wish they had coffee and not just tea
