No site informava que aceitava pet, quando cheguei no local precisava pagar uma taxa a mais (que me foi cobrada duas vezes); após pagar a taxa precisaram providenciar um novo quarto (demorou 1 hr). Esqueci um cel no quarto e eles nao me comunicaram, após rastrear provei que está la e assim me devolveram.
