Communication with owners was great. They sent understandable navigation, all the rules were very clear and transparent, also super polite and friendly people. The room is good - clean, with all necessities. Location is also superb - metro stations are near, the train station is 15 minutes on foot, and a lot of shops and restaurants are around. Definitely recommend the place.

The only minus is the stairs to the elevator. I had a very heavy suitcase, so it was a bit difficult for me to move around. But it's a historical part of the city, so you can't do anything about it.

Accomadation had everything we needed. It was clean, great shower, toiletries, comfy bed, tea/coffee, kettle, and a central location, but still quiet. We were able to leave our bags at the suites after our check out, as we had a late flight, so made our last few hours more enjoyable. The communication from AK7 before we arrived was helpful, as it is self check in, also the video. This is one of the best places I have stayed on holiday despite its size. Definitely compact and best use of space. Would highly recommend.

Ak7 was lovely and clean and the check in was very prompt! The videos and messages to get into the location were very helpful.

I had originally booked an apartment but changed to a hotel to have hotel facilities like luggage storage etc. I would describe the accommodation as hotel style rooms in a residential area. We received all information through what's app and didn't have any face to face contact, it was however clear and efficient. We did use left luggage facilities which was great to explore the city without our bags. The room was decorated very modern and very comfy. The location is close to ruin bars and attracts alot of people so it was very loud during nights, I would advise bringing ear plugs if your a light sleeper.

Nothing we didn't like was just surprised with the fact its in residential housing block and not so much a hotel.
