SDK Homestay Uluwatu

the bath has no hot water, the toilet was dirty.

I'm writing this review because the previous reviews don't paint an accurate picture. This is a typical very-friendly balinese homestay. I had AC, cold water shower, clean sheets. Costs less for a nights stay than most drinks at a fancy bar down the road. Its basic, not going to be for everyone.

A bit far drive but if you have motobike its ok.

if you’relooking for cheap price accomodation to stay in Uluwatu unfortunately you’ll be disappointed if you choose to stay in SDK . We booked two days in this homestay where we supposed to have two beds, aircon and tv. When we arrived , we discovered a room with only one single bed, no tv and no aircon. We mentioned it to the owner and they promis us an other bed and to change the room the next day … but they never did it. So we slept 2 days in a room with one sigle bed, no air con, one towel for two , one blanket ,no rubbish with a really bad smell in the bathroom… The owner came to apologise in the morning when we was checking out but didn’t do anything about refund . We paid a room for two and got a service for one person. That’s not cool and fair. Also if you want rent scooter it’s about 100K a day and that’s will be charged for 2 days(200k) if you take it around 6pm to the next day. Just go around the beach where you can find scooter for 80K the day.
