Very friendly staff, great location, traditional breakfast

A little noise from cars passing on the main street, as to be expected by any place on the main street

The jacuzzi pool was relaxing.

Check the in room facilities. No coffee or tea. We had a few problems and it is adjacent to a busy road used by freight. We had ants too. And pillows were lumpy. Toilet didn't flush correctly.

The hotel had enough parking spaces. The room was very big and nice, the jacuzzi was huge and very comfortable. The food in the restaurant was delicious. We also appreciate the location of the accommodation, as it has very good access to several volcanic parks.

The receptionist doesn't speak English at all, but together with google translate, we managed it. We would appreciate the possibility to put a "do not disturb" sign on the door. The window in the bathroom was broken and could not be closed completely.

- kind staff - cheap! - great food. I had hamburger & empanadas in the evening for $4. Great food! - good place to take a rest on the way to La fortuna
