The room was lovely and clean. The staff very helpful, security was spot on.

Everything, the rooms were clean and well looked after, the staff were friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The food was good value for money and excellent. The location was perfect.

The room was quite warm and it was difficult to turn the radiator down.

Lovely twin room, although not much of a view, could just about see the water and the boats outside. Nicely decorated and plenty of room in the room, lovely TV, lots of extra sockets everywhere, and has a USB sockets near the bed which is always welcomed. Really lovely shower. Our room no 4 however had lots of steps up to the room and steps down into the bathroom so not good for anyone with a mobility issue, but fine for us. Lovely range of meals for the evening and a delicious breakfast.

Nothing really. Parking was away from hotel but is free when you check in. Has a few mobility spaces outside the hotel however should you need it.
