Please note, when arriving by public transport, that access to the hotel is on a slightly steep road or through a staircase from the Hürlimann-Areal. Guests can also walk 5 minutes from the station Zürich-Giesshübel and cross the river. There is a elevator or staircase that takes you to the rear of the hotel. If you arrive with children, please inform the property about their number and age. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property directly. "Apart from misplacing my reservation, I would classify the bed room as dysfunctional."

The decor is well maintained and reflects the age of the building very well. The breakfast was excellent & the omelette was delicious & hot.

They couldn’t find my reservation even though I had received a confirmation - see below: “Thanks Pxx Your booking in Zürich is confirmed. B2 Hotel Zürich is expecting you on Mon 22 Jun. “ This could be the fault of booking.com? Unexpectedly, I had to look for alternative accommodation. The Double Deluxe room was very disappointing: no USB points for phone charging; very low bed, no bedside table had to bring the chair over to set my phone & glasses on; walk-in shower, bathroom was covered in tiny mosaic tiles from floor to ceiling which I don’t think would be the most hygienic finish for a bathroom & toilet.

Le fait que vous vous définissez comme un hôtel de standing et familial et vous interdisez les bains aux enfants dès 17h00. C'est incohérent et il faut être claire et décréter que vous ne voulez pas d'enfants dans le spa et dans la piscine...et donc à l'hôtel..
