Hotel UTO KULM car-free

Nice hotel complex with beautiful views. Breakfast was quite good, saunas nice and room was clean, too.

There was no proper air conditioning but a ventilation in the ceiling, which was tolerable in +22 C but not when hotter. The view from our room was not so convenient, since it was located on the ground floor and to the hallway. We only got one key, which made it a bit difficult sometimes, but probably would get another one by asking.

Die Lage ist super, die Zimmer schön und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Es hat zu viel Betrieb. Drei Hochzeiten gleichzeitig, mindestens zwei die oben gefeiert haben. DIe Musik war entsprechend laut. Wir konnten unser Fenster im Zimmer deshalb nicht öffnen, es war also heiss im Zimmer. Da müsste man vorgewarnt werden als Gast. Denn man denkt eher an Ruhe und Erholung, wenn man im Uto Kulm ein Zimmer bucht.

Unbeatable location, very comfortable and clean room, helpful staff, good breakfast buffet - very pampaering hotel stay. Traveler's tip: if you don't want to fuss with hotel dinner, marktstand just outside has a fair selection of dishes - quiches, sausages and the like.

The door stopper on the floor is awkwardly placed in front of the sliding door of the wardrobe/minibar cabinet, and judging by its state I'm not the first whose toe got in the way... Our room was overlooking an internal courtyeard with view of an event dining room. Bear in mind that the hotel hosts many events and you may expect some level of noise/have to shut the windows and blinds for complete privacy.

Gorgeous hotel out of the busy Zurich city, stunning 360 views. The staff were all friendly and helpful, gorgeous breakfast and dinner too!

Steam room was a bit smelly

The view and whole area is incredibly beautiful. You have an incredible 360 view and you can even have some nice walks around the area.

The rooms have no airconditioning and on hot days it was incredibly warm in our room. We did get a small fan to use. But this was quite loud and did not really help much. Also getting to the hotel is a bit tricky. It’s absolutely worth it for the views and exploring the area. But it’s good to know that you can’t reach the hotel by car or public transport, you have to go to station Uetliberg. If you let the hotel know your arrival time they can come get your bags from the station, but you will have to walk 10min to the hotel yourself.

Lai arī jāiet kājām, atrašanās vieta jauka- kalna galā ar skatu uz pilsētu. Personāls. Ērta gulta.

Assurdo da raggiungere, assolutamente sperduto, privo di possibilità di essere raggiunto in auto ed in assenza di collegamenti. Un treno disponibile ma nella tratta antecedente e successiva ci sono da fare molte peripezie con valigie. Personale indifferente alle esigenze. Ci siamo fatti una salita con 4 valigie a piedi. Se piove è una tragedia
