Hotel Serenella

Lokalizacja! Naprzeciwko morza i plaży, tuż przy samym lungomare. Hotel jest odnowiony, ładny. Klasyczne włoskie śniadanie, bardzo dobra kawa z ekspresu, która zrobiła nam przemiła pani w hotelowej restauracji. Wygodny parking z tyłu. W pokoju z widokiem na morze jest spory balkon i panorama jest zachwycająca. Byliśmy poza sezonem i cieszyliśmy się spokojem.

Close to the beach

The air conditioner did not work in the room. I went to the night clerk who came to my room to try to fix it but could not. Was a sweaty night. In the morning I went to the front desk to ask for another room but she called me a liar and said it did work! I was shocked! I asked for the manger and he threatened me with violence and the police if I did not stop complaining. He said I could stay in the hot room or leave. I left.

The hotel is situated on the waterfront and is a 20-minute walk from the tourist attractions. The balcony provides a lovely view of the beach.

The room is quite small and not very clean; there were traces of dust on the table, and the sockets were in poor condition. Breakfast is included in the room rate, but it's not very good. One day, I had scrambled eggs for breakfast, which gave me diarrhea.
