There were no hot water in our room, it’s next to railway so can hear train noise from outside

Nice building and yard and pool

Construction was conducted at the last floors of the building which was creating many many noises, as well as train was passing by near the hotel creating noises as well. Breakfast was not included in the initial price, where restaurant’s hotel taste of food was below average. No hot water. The hotel wasn’t answered to us regarding our booking. Finally last day I realised that money was missing by my wallet which was always left in the room.

Location

Check in time was 2pm but we only got the room at 4.10pm. The mini fridge wasn't working and there was no one at the reception at night to ask for anything. The staff don't seem to know what they're doing. The shower gel and shampoo bottles were rusted. There were only 3 towels for a room booked for 4 people

very nice rooms with space enough for a family of four. the pool is good and the staff is very kind. We specially enjoyed the SPA which has excellent service.

Actually we are not too pampered but we didn’t like anything at all

We arrived at nigt to a scary complete dark place, after they hadn’t answered our request to check in late because of our flight. The room is dirty and has a smell of moss and moisture. The bed sheets were with stains. There were no hot water in the shower. There hotel’s restaurant is sketchy and took us a lot of money (it was our first day so didn’t know)
