Amazing resort,good personal and pleasure stuff.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Palm Garden Resort, and I must say, it was a truly unique experience. Unfortunately, in the most unexpected way. We were not greeted upon arrival, which created an immediate sense of indifference. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt rather cold and unwelcoming. The lack of hospitality was quite disappointing, as it created a contrast to the beautiful setting of the resort. It's a shame that such a lovely location is marred by such poor service & management. The room was nice, but it had extremely slippery floors, no bathrobes and no pool towels. Moreover, the soundproofing between rooms was poor, as we could hear our neighbors. During a heavy rain, water even seeped into our children's room, wetting the bed and floor. We had to clean up the mess ourselves and only received new dry sheets after requesting them several times. We had NO cleaning service of the room during our stay. The restaurant was overpriced and the rice and curry food was cold, as it has just been pulled our of the fridge. The pool was not very inviting due to its green color and the water temperature was excessively warm. Yoga & meditation is overpriced and so is also the treatments. Therefore we didn't even try. Despite the beautiful setting, our stay at Palm Garden Resort was ultimately disappointing due to the lack of hospitality and numerous service shortcomings.

The place was amazing, the ultimate spot for chill and relax. It’s located just 2 min drive from the main road so it’s very quiet. The team was very nice helpful and friendly. The room was very big and we enjoyed every second there.

There was no coffee machine

Friendly staff. Very spacious rooms. Great design and soothing ambiance.

Slippery interior and exterior floors. Almost slipped once or twice.

The staff & service was extremely kind, room spaceous and clean. Beautiful yoga shala and pool area.

The front yard was under construction hence very muddy when raining. This was just a minor downside though, I very much enjoyed my stay!

Under construction property I wanted to do yoga but they have women mangers who take you party all nights... No yoga only party very bad rooms noise of construction in hangover

Noise too much

The room was very clean and the hotel was beautiful and well maintained. Good aircon in the room. Morning yoga lessons included in price. Staff all friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately the pool was very warm and appeared green (although the staff cleaned it daily) so was unappetising to swim in which was a shame because it was very hot. The food was very overpriced for the quality and quantity.
