10/10 - Highly Recommend! We had an exceptional stay at this hotel! The place was spotless seriously, everything was super clean and well maintained. The breakfast was really nice, with a good variety to start the day right. But what truly made the experience stand out was the hotel staff. They were beyond helpful, always friendly and made us feels so welcome throughout our stay. Honestly, couldn’t ask for better service. Would 100% recommend and definitely stay here again!

RUMA is a very good short-stay hotel if you're going to Ahangama for a trip. But RUMA is not the best place to stay the entire day because it's not a beautiful place, or it doesn't have a good view. We're very happy with the service and we got the value for our money since it's not an expensive place.

There is nothing were we didn't like, but they could put one double bed for the room instead of combine 2 small beds.

There is no any parking space for vehicle parking. Helpless staff without any discipline.

The king size bed was really comfy.

Not much facilities in the room.

The rooftop is amazing to chill and work at. The staff is nice.

There was no space to hang wet stuff to dry. The room wasn't cozy and looked quite different to the pictures, and in general the whole place, apart from the nice rooftop area, felt untidy, random and built in a rush to gain a quick buck. There are lots of nicer spots or local homestays in the area for better price.
