Very comfortable room, clean and a nice terrace. Friendly owners. Nice restaurant and great variety for breakfast. Supermarket around the corner. Few minutes walk to centre ville.

Nothing. The girl working at the reception wasn't that friendly though.

Very pleasant overnight stay as we headed through France. Our room was clean and comfortable and our meals excellent. Not our visit, hopefully we will have the chance to return and we are happy to recommend to other travellers.

The medium size hotel is at the outskirts of beuatiful Chaource (local cheese and interesting chchurch), easy to find and with ample parking space. Rooms are modern, medium size with good facilities. Nice restaurant at the hotel if you don't want to go to town. Town centre is a short walk. The breakfast is magnificent. I wish that every 3 stal hotel is like this one.

For a 3-star hotel everything was fine, rooms could be larger.

Clean, smart rooms, great dinner

A lovely family run hotel. Really handy location when driving through Champagne to Bourgogne - just next to road, but quiet. Staff very friendly and welcoming, breakfast excellent, with everything you could want. Dinner very good, - the owner kept the restaurant open for us when we were late and served us himself. Rooms comfortable, with peaceful view to countryside behind hotel.

Very good location if you are traveling to Switzerland and driving across eastern France. Well appointed rooms especially those at the back. We were able to get fresh milk to have with our tea and keep it in the small refrigerator in the room. Complimentary water in the refrigerator..The dinner was well presented and the simple things were done well.

We thought that the breakfast was expensive so decided to leave early the next morning

Pleaset hotel and staff

The restaurant was poor compared to my previous visit, but I appreciate it was very much out of season and there were very few guests.

Breakfast was delicious and included everything from eggs to cheese to pastries!
