Very good stay

Great property right by the beach in Alleppey. Clint was super friendly and helpful - he organised a sunrise tour of the backwaters which was a real trip of the highlight. We also received a complimentary upgrade on the room which was very kind. We loved relaxing by the pool! Brekkie was super generous as well. Loved the pancake.

Wouldn’t recommend the laundry service that they use, our laundry came back damp and we had to air it out and it was quite expensive.

Die persönlichste Unterkunft auf meiner Reise. Haus ist sauber, der Pool gut gepflegt, das Frühstück phänomenal (man wird defintiv satt ;-)) und Alan im Service am Morgen einfach nur zucker. Freundlich & aufmerksam. Massage absolut empfehlenswert und auch sonst liest einem GM Clint jeden Wunsch von Lippen ab. Thx!

Super accueil, piscine agréable apres une journée dans les backwaters, et proche de la plage. Clint a été super avec nous, en nous planifiant une visite chez les médecin pour notre fils, et en nous préparant un petit déjeuner adapté aux occidentaux. Merci !

The breakfast was traditional Indian breakfast which was a little disapointing as Im not a fan of curry dishes however it was ok there are nearby cafes to choose from within walking distance. I would recommend not going during festivals where they shut down though. Client was pretty amazing and very friendly and always wanted to make sure my stay was comfortable. He went above and beyond in making me feel welcomed especally as a lone female traveller.

Festival closers of some places which I wasnt expecting. long uber delays and higher pricing during festivals.

Breakfast was good.

A cat wandering in the property, even in restaurent looking for food. When enquired, told that it was a guest's cat and was not permited inside room, so it just wanders around. Felt like a lie, as the cat knew the premises well and and was friendly to all gueats trying to get food. At midnight other 2 guests knocked at the door. They were trying to get help for reaching hospital. The incident should not have happened. We were staying with family and knock at the door frightened the kids- it was midnight. Seeing 2 strangers at door at midnight was not a good experience. May be they could have contacted us from the reception via phone or something... Pool was not clean..
