Great location. Room was clean.

Air conditioning just.

Central located, staff was good , the room was confortable. The hotel can also organize nice tours to main attractions with good prices

I didn’t like the fact that only 1 person in the staff spoke a basic English and the rest did not spoke a single word.

Très bien placé au centre et a côté de la station de bus. Personnel aux petits soins. Lit très confortable.

My room did not have a window, for which I thought the price was a bit too high (small double room). I saw that other rooms were nicer. It felt very stuffy in the room. The staff was nice but not very knowledgeable regarding transport. I had booked a bus for onward travel and the bus company had a minibus pick-up just around the corner, but the staff could not tell me that. They suggested some tours, so I booked a tour to Tra Su forest. Everything worked well but I would say the forest is a bit overrated.

Hôtel Bien situé, la chambre que j’avais au 4 étage avec balcon était lumineuse et bien équipée, bonne literie. Personnel gentil et serviable !

La communication avec le personnel n’était pas tjrs facile mais avec une application traduction sur téléphone, on y est arrivé !
