Sehr sauber / super Kundenservice / sehr hilfsbereit, Lösungsorientiert und freundlich / das Zimmer war recht komfortabel ausgestattet und es funktionierte alles

Das Bett war schon etwas sehr weich - aber ich schätze das ist Geschmackssache / Das Bettlaken war recht klein und somit nicht fest - hier würde ein Spannbettlaken helfen / das WLAN funktionierte am Anfang nicht und später nicht 100% zuverlässig, aber das Hotel hat super Lösungen geboten und war sehr bemüht, dass man zufrieden ist - von daher alles im Rahmen

Bardzo ładne wnętrze. Byliśmy zachwyceni układem pokoju 3 osobowego! Na duży plus czystość i przemili pracownicy (zarówno na recepcji, po obsługę na śniadaniu, przez ekipę sprzątającą). W pokoju wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy (ręczniki, szlafroki, „zestaw ratunkowy”, żel pod prysznic itp.). Oprócz tego super, że jest opcja samodzielnego dostosowania klimatyzacji do swoich potrzeb. Bardzo dobre śniadania. Przepyszny chleb!

Największym minusem był brak możliwości otwarcia okien (akurat bardzo cenię sobie możliwość wywietrzenia pokoju). Dużym rozczarowaniem był brak możliwości zjedzenia świeżej jajecznicy w ciągu jednego dnia (kucharz robił na świeżo jajecznicę i omlety) + mus czekoladowy, który stał w lodówce przez 3 dni naszego pobytu (w 3 dniu już trochę odstraszał).
