Nice location, various restaurants and shops(FamilyMart etc) nearby. Very good breakfast.

Music played every time you go in the room and you have to manually go to the knob to turn it off. TV turns on at the same time, when you turn it off, the speakers in the room make a feedback noise and you have to go to the knob again to turn that off. Hotel staff didn't speak a speck of English, all communication with staff had to go through Google Translate and took its time. My Wi-Fi account wasn't activated the whole time I was there, even tho I raised the issue, but the language barrier took its toll there, I guess... No laundry service, however you can do it yourself. Very weird smell in the room upon arrival. Very close to road so don't have your window open at night if you want to get a good nights sleep because people use the horn 24/7 on their vehicles.

The location is absolutely fantastic! Staff is helpful and responsive, and the value is pretty high. Steps away to the Fengqi train station and within 10 minutes of walk to Wulin Night Market. Many shops and restaurants around. This is not just the broadly considered city center area in Hangzhou, this is literally the super-centerally located area and it's in the West Lake resort area.

(1) The WiFi isn't stable and get off by itself while I tried to run some programs over night; hope the availability of paid WiFi (but only if it's stable and better) can be communicated well. (2) the shower area next to a bed is 50% transparent, which is quite awkward to my preference... It'll be better to have better light blockers for better privacy.

Location - lots of eateries around the area. Kerry Center shopping centre is around the area Staff - most staff were warm, friendly and helpful Buffet breakfast- good spread of Asian n western dishes, delicious soya milk

Rooms are clean but can be improved. Wifi is not working well Our airport transfer was not able to find the hotel at first. Additional information- hotel Chinese name is 亿伯酒店 maybe useful instead of EBO Hotel

It’s close to metro station at Fengqi Rd. hotel room was clean and just nice for two person. The staff were friendly and provided free laundry service. The room is a smart room, with lights and TV and music all controlled by switches.

Toilets have no bidet but I guess that’s a norm in China. The breakfast spread were okay, not fantastic
