Excellent breakfast, you have Western and Eastern breakfast choices. The room was big and clean (they gave me an upgraded room. Thanks you very much for this). The staff is really nice and helpful. I highly recomended.

La pulizia è stata impeccabile per tutta la durata del soggiorno, con cambio degli asciugamani effettuato quotidianamente. Il personale della reception si è dimostrato gentile e disponibile. La colazione a buffet è abbondante e variegata. La struttura è situata in una posizione strategica, a pochi passi dalla fermata della metropolitana, che consente di raggiungere facilmente qualsiasi punto della città.

My children and I had an incredible experience with the amazing Cape Jasmine. She went all the way out to help us in a time of need and followed up with us all the way until we boarded our train. We have never met anybody in the world of such enthusiasm, responsibility, and passion for her work. We are deeply blessed by her, and we wish that we could come back again to experience the same level of service that we have seen from her. She has certainly set the yardstick for what customer service should be.
