The guy who brought us to the room and delivered our food was very attentive

The guy behind the reception desk was terrible. He didn’t answer when I asked for breakfast. His whole attitude was extremely unwelcoming. He ended up charging more money than stated at booking but he simply didn’t answer when I asked why. I paid because I was so done with the whole situation.
